DJI Care Refresh 2 Years (Mini 5 Pro)
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows for up to 4 product replacements within two years for a small additional cost.
To utilize the Flyaway coverage, users must have bound their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation was not completed before a flyaway incident occurred, the Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh products are digital and are non-refundable once the activation code has been received via email.

1. The DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated within the last 48 hours.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits are only valid within the region of purchase.
4. For every replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
