DJI Care Refresh 2 Years (Mini 4 Pro)
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows for up to 4 product replacements over two years for a small additional cost.
To be eligible for Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation was not completed before a flyaway incident occurs, the Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note: as DJI Care Refresh products are digital, they are non-refundable once you have received the activation code via email.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated within the last 48 hours.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits are only valid in the region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
