Aerial Photogrammetry Course
Digital photogrammetry is now an increasingly central tool in surveying, documentation, and modeling processes. The course “From Building Surveys with Drones to 3D Models” is a technical and practical training program dedicated to the acquisition and management of photogrammetric data for the 3D modeling of buildings using drones and professional software such as Agisoft Metashape and Reality Capture.
The training will guide participants through the various operational stages of surveying: from flight mission planning and the use of GCPs (Ground Control Points) to the acquisition of optimized images and the generation of 3D models, point clouds, and elevations exportable to CAD and BIM environments.
Who is the course intended for?
The course is aimed at architects, but also at surveyors, engineers, technical operators and professionals working in the architecture, construction and surveying sectors who wish to deepen their professional use of Agisoft Metashape and Reality Capture or integrate photogrammetric data into their CAD, GIS and BIM workflows.
Course objectives
Provide concrete operational skills to independently conduct photogrammetric surveys with a drone, understand the correct use of GCPs, organize effective data acquisition campaigns, and manage the digital processing of models using dedicated software.
