Precision Agriculture with Drones: Higher Yields, Less Waste

Multispectral NDVI maps, targeted spraying, crop monitoring, and agronomic surveys for more efficient and sustainable agriculture.

Precision agriculture with drones transforms aerial data into concrete agronomic decisions. Thanks to multispectral sensors, thermal cameras, and UAV spraying systems, it is possible to monitor crop health, identify water and nutritional stress, and intervene only where necessary — reducing production costs by up to 30% and minimizing the environmental impact of phytosanitary treatments.

Multispectral Sensors

We detect NIR, Red Edge, and RGB bands for NDVI, NDRE, and GNDVI maps with sub-metric detail.

Precision Spraying

Spray drones only treat the areas that need it, reducing the use of pesticides by up to 40%.

Georeferenced Data

All maps are georeferenced and compatible with the main GIS software and farm management platforms.

FAQ

Do I already need to have a designated agronomist?

No, but we recommend sharing our reports with an agronomist to translate the data into specific crop management actions. Upon request, we can provide contact details for partner agronomists.

What are the optimal weather conditions for multispectral flights?

Clear or slightly hazy skies, with the sun directly overhead during the middle of the day. Avoid winds stronger than 8 m/s and rain in the 24 hours beforehand.

Are spray drones approved for phytosanitary treatments in Italy?

We operate in compliance with current regulations. We hold all necessary ENAC authorizations and use products registered for aerial application.

How often is it advisable to monitor?

It depends on the crop and its phenological stage. Generally every 2–4 weeks during the active growing season; weekly during critical stages such as flowering and fruit set.
