DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan (Flip)
DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and provides up to 4 replacements over two years for a small additional cost.
To use the Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation was not completed before a flyaway incident occurred, the Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh products, being digital products, are non-refundable once the activation code has been received via email.
Please note:
1. The DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- The product is brand new and unactivated;
- The drone was activated within the last 48 hours.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate and bind it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits are only effective within the region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
